Launching careers in education
Working with children has always been Hana’s passion. When she learned about Findon Technical College, Hana saw it as the perfect pathway to turn her calling into a career.
Hana completed the Early Childhood and Education industry training program, earning her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. She began with a work placement at Precious Cargo, one of Findon Technical College’s employer partners. That opportunity quickly progressed into a school-based traineeship, where she now works as a trainee educator.

At Findon Technical College, Hana’s learning took place in simulated workshops designed to closely mirror real early childhood and education settings. She has also enjoyed extensive hands-on experience through regular industry placements.

While in year 12, Hana also began her first year of university, undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science, while continuing to build her career in early childhood education. This is a field she values deeply for its vital role in shaping children’s development.
